Meet Our Team
Our team includes qualified support workers with a passion for inclusive, empathetic, and expert care:
All hold valid NDIS Working With Children / Blue Cards, NDIS Orientation Modules, and current First Aid/CPR certificates.
We specialise in psychosocial disability, employing evidence-based practices and working under clinical supervision for high-quality care .
We embrace neurodiversity—ADHD, Autism, PDA—using strengths-based strategies and sensory-aware practices
Our staff receive continuous training in NDIS standards, radical acceptance approaches, trauma-informed techniques, and specialized development tools.
